Can Review Assistant read Word files?

No.

Review Assistant is only used for conducting reviews and generating the draft report (in RTF format).

Is Review Assistant available for Apple Mac?

Currently, Review Assistant is available only for Windows XP.

I've purchased Review Assistant, but can't find the 'Registration Code'

If you've purchased from RegSoft, the registration code appears near the bottom of the email entitled 'Order (number) - Review Assistant'. In the email, it is referred to as a 'Serial Number'. It consists of 12 characters like this: AB21-90CD-12AB.

Can I change the 'principles' and items in the checklist?

Yes, by modifying or creating a template.

What are the Review Assistant file types, and where are they kept?

Review Assistant uses two main file types, a PRA (project) file and a TRA (template) file. By default, these files reside in a directory called C:/program files/review assistant.
